Public blockchain transactions may reveal wallet addresses, transferred amounts, timestamps, and transaction identifiers. This information is recorded on public networks independently of Rollventory and may be permanently accessible.

Cryptocurrency payments and wallet interactions may involve public blockchain networks, wallet software, network infrastructure, and payment services selected or used by the user. Rollventory does not control the operation, availability, or privacy practices of independent blockchain networks or wallet services.

4. Browser Storage

Rollventory uses necessary browser storage to operate the Service, maintain sessions, preserve preferences, and prevent the loss of locally entered information.

Browser storage may contain:

• Guest or signed-in Rollventory state.

• Calculation settings.
• Portfolio and trade-log information.
• Local game statistics and personal-best scores.
• Unsubmitted administrative draft information.

You can remove locally stored data through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out or remove unsaved guest data, preferences, drafts, or locally stored progress from that browser.

5. Advertising, Cookies, and Consent

Rollventory may display advertising on eligible pages. Advertising features may involve third-party advertising providers processing information such as IP addresses, device or browser information, advertising identifiers, cookie information, page interactions, and approximate location information.

Rollventory does not provide gambling, betting, wagering, casino, custody, exchange, brokerage, or financial services. No real money, cryptocurrency, financial reward, or prize can be won through Rollventory.

Displayed values, historical information, projections, ROI calculations, suggested prices, charts, statistics, and share-value information may be delayed, estimated, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. Nothing on Rollventory is financial, investment, legal, tax, or gambling advice.

Rollbot Runner is provided for entertainment only. Scores have no monetary value and no prizes are awarded. Leaderboards are for fun, status, and community comparison only.

5. Donations, Ad-Free, And Payments

Donations are voluntary and provide no financial return. Ad-Free is a lifetime entitlement attached to the purchasing Rollventory account and is non-transferable.

All donations and completed purchases are final and non-refundable except where a refund or withdrawal right is required by applicable law. Blockchain transactions are normally irreversible. Duplicate payments, incorrect entitlement delivery, or technical failures may be reviewed if you contact @frosbey on Discord with enough information to identify the account and payment.

Rollventory may change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including data sources, calculations, account features, Runner leaderboards, payments, donations, and Ad-Free display behavior. The service may be interrupted or unavailable.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the service is being abused, or continued access creates legal, security, payment, or operational risk.

8. Intellectual Property

Rollventory's original design, code, text, and branding are owned by Frosbey or used with permission, except for third-party names, marks, links, data, or assets that belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, modify, sell, or misuse Rollventory beyond normal personal use of the website.

9. Disclaimers And Liability

Rollventory is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rollventory disclaims warranties that the service will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frosbey will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by third-party services, inaccurate data, user decisions, wallet activity, blockchain transactions, or service unavailability. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
